Any kind of my art with your OC (commission, trade, gift, prize, animation etc.) you can use in almost any way you want! There are only 2 things that you are not allowed to do

Do not use my artwork in commercial ways (example: print my artwork and sell it to someone, but it is totally okay if you print it for individual uses!). Just don't resell my artworks, that's all!3. You are allowed to include my artwork of your OC into a price of this character if you are selling it (adopt)

It's about fandom characters (foe example, from games, books, movies etc). And it's not about someone else's fandom OC that didn't appear in the original book, game, etc.

1. I only accept the full payment after the sketch confirmation and only like that2. Any theft of my work (reposting without permission, tracing, coping etc.) is prohibiten and leads to my blacklist3. Do not use my work for NFTs or AI4. Don't "ghost" me if you should pay for art, adopt, make your trade or collab part, etc.5. I can post my artwork on any platform. Please, let me know if you are uncomfortable with that6. You can ask anything about artwork during it's process. I won't bite ^^

1. I do not give a refund for the adopts2. The amount of the refund depends on the stage at which your commission was completed. For example, if you bought a piece with the full render for 20$ and you asked for a refund at the stage when the lineart piece was done (for example, lineart piece is for 10$), you can get a refund up to 10$. It's pretty negotiable tho, but don't expect the full amount because of the fees

Persons from this list are not allowed to participate in my raffles, requests, collabs etc. Also you're not allowed to regift, retrade, resell etc. my adopts to these persons otherwise you'll be in this list too. If it happened erlier then the date near the nickname of blacklisted person- its alright and you won't be blacklisted (but you should provide me a proof if I ask you for it). The list itself isn't supposed to spread hate on these individuals, so please don't attack them.
With some of them I'm just not comfortable to interact, had conflict or they violated my T.O.S.
